Terms of Use
1. Account and identity
You may access MARPO through supported identity providers, including Pi authentication where available. You are responsible for using an account you are authorized to control. MARPO may associate multiple verified sign-in methods with one MARPO account.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use MARPO for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, abuse, unauthorized access, interference with services, or infringement of others' rights. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
3. MAR-POINT
MAR-POINT is an internal MARPO reward and utility system. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, MAR-POINT is not cash, a bank deposit, a security, or Pi, and is not guaranteed to be redeemable for money.
4. Payments
Where payments are offered, payment methods may differ by environment. Web services may use supported card or fiat payment providers, while Pi ecosystem surfaces may use Pi where required. Payment terms shown at checkout govern the specific transaction.
5. Service changes
Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Beta, testnet, prototype, and development features may be unstable and should not be relied on as production-grade services.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy Notice
1. Information we process
Depending on how you sign in and which MARPO services you use, we may process MARPO account identifiers, nickname, verified provider identifiers, Pi username/UID where authorized, legal-consent records, app activity, security records, support messages, and transaction records needed to provide the service.
2. Pi authentication data
When you authorize Pi authentication, MARPO receives the information covered by the permissions you approve. Pi access tokens are used to verify identity with Pi services and are not intended to be stored as long-term account data.
3. How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, maintain one MARPO account across supported apps, provide MAR-POINT and entitlements, operate features, prevent abuse, support users, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
4. Service providers
MARPO may use infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate the service, such as hosting, database/authentication, payment, email, analytics, or security providers. They receive information only as needed for their role and subject to their applicable terms and protections.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for account operation, security, dispute handling, legal compliance, and legitimate business needs. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may choose not to grant optional permissions. You may contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, or transaction-integrity reasons.
7. Sensitive credentials
MARPO will not ask you to provide a Pi wallet passphrase or private key. Do not send these credentials through forms, chat, email, or support channels.
